Shipments
Your shipment will be registered in our system within 24 hours of its arrival at our facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their package is tracked to the facility. Customers must submit a support ticket to inquire about a shipment that has arrived and have not received a email conformation. Ship-Able’s customer support staff will then verify the correct customer. Note: Once a shipment has left our facility, there is no return policy.
Ship-able will offer the best shipping service charge after package has arrived. If customer prefers a specific shipping carrier. Ship-Able is not responsible for price increase if carrier cost are more.
Customers should verify receipt of all shipments before placing an order. Requests to add shipments to an order will incur additional fees. We urge customers to ensure all orders are correct and final. Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. We do not ship “consolidated” orders to other freight forwarders and only ship within the USA.
Pricing
Invoice costs include shipping, handling, storage fees, order preparation fees, and any extra services chosen by the customer. Shipping rates are based on dimensional or actual weight, using the greater value, rounded up to the nearest pound. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Estimates
At Ship-Able, we provide initial shipping estimates to give you an idea of the potential costs associated with your shipment. It’s important to understand that these estimates are preliminary and subject to change. The final cost may vary based on the actual dimensions, weight of the package, and any additional services required upon its receipt at our facility.
Customs Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs. Ship-Able has no control over customs fees.
Order Insurance
Ship-Able offers insurance at $2.00 per every $100.00 of declared value. Insurance covers the declared carriage value only. Decline of insurance absolves Ship-Able of liability for any lost or damaged shipments. Insurance claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Insurance is not applicable to second-hand or used goods.
Misuse
Misuse of customer accounts, including fraudulent or harmful actions towards Ship-Able, may result in account suspension or termination. All content on Ship-Able’s website is intellectual property; unauthorized use will lead to legal action.
Authorization
By registering with Ship-Able, you grant Limited Power of Attorney to Ship-Able to act on your behalf within legal confines for shipping document preparation.
Contract
Both Ship-Able and the customer may cancel this contract and discontinue services at any time.
